Return Policy

Hannah Rachel Boutique (HRB) accepts returns under the following conditions:

HRB must receive your return merchandise within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund.

Holiday Returns: Orders placed the day after Thanksgiving through December 24th may be eligible for a refund if they meet the merchandise return conditions and HRB receives the returned merchandise before or on January 10.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return merchandise must be in the original condition and must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

Any returns received after the 15 day return period will not be eligible for a refund. Should the purchaser wish to have refused return merchandise shipped back to them, the purchaser will be charged for the return shipping costs at the standard ground shipping rate.

Merchandise purchase from the Sales section will not be eligible for a refund. Clearance sales are final.

Merchandise considered a personal item including, but not limited to, jewelry, bras, underwear, bathing suits, socks, and cosmetics will not be eligible for a refund.

Once HRB has approved the return merchandise according to the return conditions, a refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Please include a reason for the return with the merchandise.
